Course Text: The text we will be using is Kadish & Schulhofer, Criminal Law and Its Processes: Cases and Materials (9th ed. 2012, ISBN 978-1-4548-1755-0). Some students like to have a supplemental text, sometimes called a "Hornbook," that explains key concepts and addresses the material from a different point of view. The book I recommend in this category (but do not require) is Joshua Dressler, Understanding Criminal Law, 6th ed. 2012, ISBN 978-0769848938.
