A Ph.D. program for the scholar-practitioner based on the Jesuit tradition of educating the whole person. The program emphasizes social justice, ethics, and leadership during times of rapid change.

The Summers Only Option allows students to complete their required on-campus course work during summer terms but assumes that academic studies will be a year-round activity.

Flexible, non-degree program specifically tailored to the needs of the individual student.  Limited to students with at least a masters level degree.

The Center for Organizational Reform (COR) is a not-for-profit service organization that provides training and consultation services to individuals and organizations struggling with issues related to change.

Research & Reflection: A Journal of Leadership and Organizations. A professional electronic journal published by the Doctoral Program in Leadership Studies.  Submissions are always welcome.
