I live in Spokane, WA, with my wife Sharon and four girls: Susan, Leslie, Sophia, and Heather.  The girls stay very busy with homeschool work and kid activities such as piano, horse riding, and drama.

We attend Valleypoint @ Pines in the Spokane Valley.  It is a great place with friendly fellowship, thoughtful Bible teaching, and energetic contemporary worship (I am often the worship leader).  My wife and I sponsor a College Bible Study at our house every Sunday night with dinner and discussion.  College students are all invited and welcome!  Send me an Email for info if you are interested in joining.

I like backpacking and hiking.  My manically intense madman metallurgist friend Lee Davis has been introducing me to mountaineering.  Check out these photorecords: Jimi 98 and the Expedition Formerly Known as Jimi 99.  I also have oodles of pictures from trips to Italy (2001) and the UK (2003).  Here's one of my favorites, a panorama shot of Hadrian's Wall in Northumberland near Walltown Crags.
