2007 Conference
Sunday Evening, October 28 - Tuesday Noon, October 30, 2007
This years NAPCU conference is being held at the Yakima Hilton Garden Hotel.
Our speaker and guest will be Julie Todaro, our current ACRL president who will be talking about staffing issues and concerns. A huge thank you goes to Dalia Hagen for bringing Julie to our conference.
This looks to be an exciting conference, here is an agenda for the events. We will have vegetarian options for food. If there are other dietary needs that need to be planned for please let me know on the conference registration form (pdf).
A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference. The rate is $109 per night plus applicable taxes. Call 1.509.454.1111 and tell the reservation specialist you are with the NAPCU conference.
Yakima has much to offer, the Yakima Greenway for biking, walking, running, birding and more. I will keep you posted as to events that may be occurring at the Capital Theater and our new Music Center . If any of you are interested in touring wine country please let me know. I can find out what is available for a group or you can strike out on your own.
