Hotel Reservation Information
NAPCU Conference attendees should make their own guest room reservations at the Coeur d’Alene Resort. Call the Resort’s toll-free reservation number, 800-688-5253, and mention that you want to register at the “NAPCU Libraries” group rate. The contracted room rates, heavily discounted, are:
Premier: $149 per night
Deluxe: $129 per night
Allow approximately 13% for taxes and surcharges. Group rates and a block of rooms are guaranteed until October 3rd; after that they will be on an availability basis.
The Conference formally begins with breakfast on Thursday November 3, but there will be opportunity for informal dinner gathering Wednesday evening. It ends with lunch on Friday Nov. 4. Since most attendees will presumably wish to lodge the nights of Wed. Nov. 2 and Thurs. Nov. 3, group rates are guaranteed for those two dates. However, the Resort will extend them for additional nights on an availability basis.
