Simply To Go Catering

Welcome to Simply to Go - our easy to order, easy to enjoy and easy on your budget catering solution. From office meetings and informal get-togethers to late night study sessions, we offer simply delicious treats, snacks, light meals, and beverages. There is no need to make another stop. We will provide everything you’ll need -- utensils, napkins, plates, etc.

First:

Determine how many people will be attending and what time they will arrive.

Make Your Selection:

We will gladly work with you to accommodate your food and budget requirements. Please visit our website at www.gonzaga.edu/sodexo or contact the catering office at 509-313-6902 to request an appointment.

Billing:

If we are billing your campus department or account, please have your account information ready when you place your order. We also accept dining dollars, Bulldog Bucks cash and credit card payments.

A Bit of Planning:

At least 72 hours prior to your pick up time, place your order by calling 509-313-6902, fax to 509-313-6930 or e mail at mona.dershem@sodexo.com. Orders placed with less than 72 hours notice are filled on a first come, first served basis. If your event is for more than 75 people, please place order at least 5 days in advance.

Pick-Up:

Plan to pick-up your order at the Catering Office 2nd floor COG at the time you specified (9:00am - 5:00pm Mon - Fri). Any other pick-up times require advance arrangements. There is no delivery service, set up or clean up provided.

** Make sure you have a refrigerated place to hold potentially hazardous items if they are not to be served within one hour of your pick up. For more information, please contact our catering department at 509-313-6902.
