The Marketplace

The main dining hall on campus, the Marketplace, offers a variety of all-you-care-to-eat options designed to satisfy everyone's appetite. You can expect to see many choices to select from at every meal. Some of the favorite formats include Classics, The Pizza-rette, International, Gifts from the Garden, The Grill, Sandwiches, Soups & Salad, Vegetarian & Vegan, and Desserts.

Marketplace Formats

The Marketplace offers an innovative approach to resident dining. We are proud to present a totally integrated food program that brings to you a great selection of fresh foods being served at different platforms. The following is a brief description of some of the dining options you will see. Options vary every day, so please check out the dining menus on the right for current offerings.

Classics

Offering soul-warming stick-to-yer-ribs cooking with a creative flair. Wholesome meals based on traditional comfort foods. At the Classics Station you can find a well-rounded meal including meats carved to order

Pizza-rette

The best pizza made hot and fresh with your favorite toppings served alongside a host of specialty casserette dishes cooked just for you.

International

The International Station focuses on restaurant-quality dining. Foods will be prepared hot or cold featuring authentic flavor profiles from around the world.

Gifts from the Garden

Restaurant-style gourmet salads using the finest ingredients. Enjoy a crisp and fresh specialty salad or try one of our favorite Caesars made to order.

The Grill

Your favorite steakhouse marinated burger with a side of fries cooked right in front of your eyes. In addition, the grill will feature a host of daily specialty sandwiches.

Sandwiches

Combining old-fashioned deli style with contemporary sandwich innovations. Thinly-sliced deli meats and cheeses served on your choice of bread with a variety of toppings.

Soups & Salads

Featuring soups, stews, chowders, chili and a salad bar with endless varieties of fresh mixed greens, vegetables, beans, croutons, and other toppings. Freshly baked breads and rolls always available.

Vegetarian & Vegan
