Torts: Cases and Materials

Professor David K. DeWolf
Gonzaga Law School

Good News! The book is now ready. Please call ahead to my assistant, Sue Faraca (323-3920) to make sure she is there, but you should be able to stop by her desk and pick up a copy of the book and the Torts CD for $15 (tax included). The chapters listed below are a .pdf version of the text. I highly recommend that you buy the printed text (since it comes with a CD, and is cheap and nicely formatted -- and printed on both sides of the page). However, you are encouraged to look at the text on line.

You will note that there are hyperlinks from many points in the text. I will distribute, along with the printed text, a CD that has the object of these hyperlinks (cases and articles) so that you can access them from your computer. Again, between now and the first day of class, please read the material that was previously sent to you (the Introduction) and on the first day of class (or before, if you can catch Sue Faraca during working hours), you will be able to pick up the text / CD package.

This page is an index to the text of my Torts Casebook. The chapters are in .pdf format, readable with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Go to Adobe's web site to download (free) the latest version of Acrobat Reader.
