I haven't figured out how to make this program run from the web, but if you download each of these files and then click on "torttree.exe" on your computer, it should run.
To download each file, right-click on the name of the file and choose the "Save Target As" option. Choose a file location (either the desktop or somewhere else you will remember how to get to) and download each file. After the first two files are downloaded, you can close the window, but after downloading torttree.exe file, you can click on "open" and the program should launch on your local computer.
