Torts: Cases and Materials

Professor David K. DeWolf
Gonzaga Law School

You can purchase a copy of the book at the bookstore. You can also download it (it's also available on the disk I will hand out). I recommend buying the book, because for less than the cost of printing it out, you get a book that is printed on two sides, is three-hole punched, and is otherwise less of a hassle. Nonetheless, you are welcome to download the following files and use them to access the text electronically, or to print out the pages you need when you've misplaced your text.

You will note that there are hyperlinks from many points in the text. I will distribute, along with the printed text, a CD that has the object of these hyperlinks (cases and articles) so that you can access them from your computer. I'm hoping that the hyperlinks will work consistently (I've had some trouble making sure they are compatible.)
